First cooking here , Americano style

Around noon today rebecca took us the old market in town to show us around, and while we were there we bought ingredients to make omelet at her home for her and her husband Antonio. They have been so sweet to us and fed us dinners the last two nights! We haven't had a kitchen or place to make dinner ourselves because we r still on apartment search(hopefully we will have one by tomorrow, we have an appt to see one before service) so We made scrambled omelettes for them (they are pioneers and he an elder couple from english hall here, originally from California, been serving in Chetumal for almost one year) at their house today, and we thought of Stevie and his omelettes ;-)
